Sole Ownership

To own or lease a horse outright, set up or join a Partnership or register a Syndicate or Racing Club

Syndicate 

For people who want to share the ownership of (or lease) one or more horses. A Syndicate is managed and administered by the Syndicator/s. Only the Syndicator/s must register as a Sole/Company owner. It isn’t necessary for members of the Syndicate to register as owners.

Racing Club

For people who want to pay a subscription to experience racehorse ownership. A Racing Club is managed and administered by the Club manager/s and it is the Club itself, as opposed to its members, that owns or leases the horse/s. Members pay a fee to be part of the Club and to enjoy some of the benefits of racehorse ownership. Only individuals who want to set up or administer a Racing Club must register as a Sole/Company owner. It isn’t necessary for members of a Racing Club to register as owners.

Partnership

For two or more people who want to share the ownership of (or lease) one or more horses, and where all members of the Partnership are registered owners. Partnerships allow owners to define the percentage of each horse they own and split costs and winnings in accordance with ownership share.

Training Fees.

Hill House Farm is the home of Jessica Bedi Racing and has been in the family for many years. With acres for the horses to explore, to grow as a yard and expand our facilities without limits Hill House Farm really is the ideal training ground and this allows us to be extremely competitive when it comes to training fees. 

No corners are cut, each horse will receive individual attention and training plan. With only 13 boxes we can guarantee each horse the attention they deserve and love. Every horse can have daily turn out with our wide range of paddocks and turn out pens. 

We have an onsite gallop as well as onsite schooling ground, lunge pen, schooling circle, incline treadmill, horse walker and plenty of hacking , warm up/ cool down areas. 

 

Training Fees

Daily Fees

£45 Per day

Our training fees at £45 per day includes all facilities found at Hill House Farm.

  • Gallop Fees

  • Schooling Fees

  • Treadmill Use

  • All keep, feed and bedding.

  • Once a month farrier. ( Basic set) 

  • All our usual supplements. ( please contact us for a list) 

 

Extras at cost

  • Transport - £1 a mile

  • Galloping away from home- At cost, gallop depending.

  • Vet fees - at cost

  • Physio - at cost

  • Dennis - at cost

  • Clipping - at cost

  • Any remedial shoeing
